What are you going to do?

Daalhuizen is a Dalton school. Here the children learn to work independently, set goals, give their own opinion and take responsibility.

As a volunteer, you make sure that children can relax, laugh and have fun during their break. You are the one who makes their day just that little bit more fun. Whether it is a helping hand during lunch, fun games afterwards, or support with other tasks, your presence makes the difference!

With your dedication you ensure a safe, fun and relaxed moment on the day. This makes a world of difference for both the children and the team. It is important that you have a good command of the Dutch language, so that you can easily communicate with the children and your colleagues.

This is what we offer you:

• You will receive a volunteer allowance of €11.00 per time. A nice bonus while doing something meaningful!
• You will join a warm, friendly team with enthusiastic colleagues who, like you, are committed to the well-being of children.
• Every year we organize a team outing, so that there is enough time for relaxation and fun together.
• Trainings to develop your skills, for example in the field of communication and game guidance. This way you can grow in your role and make a difference not only for the children, but also for yourself.

Working days and times:

• Monday 12:00 to 13:00, Friday 12:15 to 12:45.
• We take your availability into account, you decide which days you can work.
• During the school holidays you are always free
