The gentleman has two shepherd dogs that need to be walked in the morning. Due to heart failure and NAH, he cannot walk them himself every day. Contact is made via the gentleman's outpatient supervisor.
The gentleman lives in the vicinity of Gentiaanstraat in Zevenhuizen.
