Summary
Do you want to make a difference for animals in need? Register as a collection coordinator and help out during our collection week from September 28 to October 4, 2025.Detailed description
Make a difference for animals
As a collection coordinator, you are the indispensable link between the Animal Protection Society and its collectors. Without collection coordinators, the collectors cannot go door-to-door. Would you like to contribute to the prevention of animal suffering and do you have time in the period before, during and after the collection week of the Animal Protection Society (particularly September and October)? Then we are looking for you.
What does a collection coordinator do?
- You organize the collection in your own collection district(s)*
- You maintain contact with the collectors
- You divide the streets and create walking routes
- You order the collection materials and distribute them to the collectors
- After the collection, take the collection boxes back, count the contents and deposit the money
All this will cost you about 2 to 3 half days per year (about 20 hours). You work from home and can plan your own time. Collection coordinators are supported by a professional collection team and receive all necessary materials. As a collection coordinator, you do not have to collect yourself, but you are of course allowed to. You are also free to look for new collectors.
* A collection district is part of a larger city, but can also consist of one or more small villages.
We are currently looking for new collection coordinators for the following postal codes:
- 7315 - The Loo
- 7316 - Kerschoten
- 7317 - Primrose
