How can you, as a board of an association, work together better? How can you involve the people around you in a good way? And how do you divide the tasks and keep everyone motivated? The workshop '4 insights for directors' helps you answer these questions and thus grow in your role as a director.
During the workshop, you will work closely with other association directors and learn from each other's experiences. Recognizable and daily situations are discussed: a fellow director who does not keep his agreements, a fellow director who overflows and does not dare to delegate tasks, etc. Do you recognize this? Then following the workshop 4 insights for directors is the opportunity to work on your own personal development as a director under expert guidance. Watch the video below for more information.
Please note: the video is aimed at association managers in sports. However, the workshop is also for association managers from other sectors.
