Summary
The "Volunteers" steering group consists of two employees, m/f, who determine in mutual consultation who will perform which task and are also each other's replacements.Detailed description
The tasks consist of;
- managing the volunteer recruitment process, including sourcing,
interviewing, hiring and introducing.
- conducting the volunteer administration (Excel), preparing and
(digital) archiving of the volunteer agreements.
- conducting general (digital) correspondence to all
volunteers.
- holding exit interviews and reporting them.
- Keeping job descriptions up-to-date.
- developing a program that ensures that all volunteers
are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as the
relevant food safety requirements.
- handling and handling the mail within the mailbox
- organizing volunteer meetings
- keeping track of absenteeism, absence due to illness and persevering
to the respective steering group or coordinator.
- conducting and processing research and solving problems,
concerns and conflicts of and among volunteers.
- participate in the steering committee meetings.
NB: this is a voluntary, so unpaid position of approx.
4 hours a week. The workload can vary.
