Do you recognize the questions below:

  • Are you unsure whether you have properly understood your conversation partner, client with a different cultural background?
  • Do you feel insecure because you are afraid of offending your conversation partner, client with a different cultural background?
  • Not sure how to interpret the body language of your conversation partner from a different cultural background?
  • Do you want to build trust with your conversation partner, client who thinks or acts differently than you?


Then this workshop is for you. Come, share your experiences and bring your doubts and questions.
