Did you participate in the training of October 4? And would you like to put theory into practice? Then participate in this training.
Do you support people from other cultures as a volunteer? You learn to better interpret cultural differences and how to deal with them.
Do you recognize the following questions:
- Do you doubt whether you have correctly understood your conversation partner, a client with a different cultural background?
- Do you feel insecure because you are afraid of hurting your conversation partner, a client with a different cultural background?
- Not sure how to interpret the body language of your conversation partner from a different cultural background?
- Do you want to build trust with your conversation partner, client who thinks or acts differently than you?
Then this workshop is for you. Come, share your experiences and bring your doubts and questions.
