Every Friday there are two groups of senior fit in the Polderhuis in Velserbroek. The first group is from 9:30 to 10:30 and the second group from 10:30 to 11:30. They mainly focus on muscle and flexibility exercises. After the lesson they have a cup of coffee or tea to emphasize the social aspect.
