The city center of Enschede will appear literally and figuratively at the new Van Haag tot Wal festival
to life. Literally: because it is going to happen in the oldest part of the city. Those are the small ones
streets and squares of the "egg-shaped" center.
And figuratively: because culture makers use the stories of the past and now - about the city center and
its famous and infamous residents - as inspiration for short performances, concerts and pop-up exhibitions.
