Control room operator

As a command room operator, you are responsible for receiving, processing and handling walkie-talkie calls during home games of the Witte Leeuwen. You work from the command room and you are the link for all sectors in case of notifications. You ensure that all communication regarding the safety aspect before, during and after the match runs smoothly. You can monitor order and safety inside and outside the stadium via the camera system.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

· Contribute to the quality of services

· Takes a report; speaks to the reporter correctly and collects the necessary key data

· Recognizes reports from the command room and assesses their consequences for the operational organization and takes appropriate action

· Monitoring the statuses of the notifications

· Monitor order and safety via the camera system

· You work closely with the safety coordinator and other disciplines
