You know better than anyone how to inspire participants
In 2018, the Red Cross developed an interactive workshop Well Prepared (1.5 hours). In the workshop, participants learn how to prepare for a (small or large) emergency. The workshops are given to various target groups in the region.
What do we have to offer you?
· A challenging volunteer position in which you can further develop your qualities as a workshop leader;
· A short training in didactic skills and presentation techniques;
· Reimbursement of expenses and mileage;
· Access to the Red Cross online learning environment.
What are you taking with you?
· Affinity with the theme of safety in and around the home and prevention;
· Dare to stand enthusiastically in front of a group, which enables you to stimulate and motivate participants;
· You can maintain a professional distance while showing commitment;
· Knowledge and insight into the importance of a network in emergency situations;
· Sufficient time available to provide 4-8 workshops per year.
