Logistics employee (volunteer)

Do you make sure everything turns, rolls and is present at events?

The Red Cross location Renkum-Wageningen provides assistance at about 50 events a year. A Red Cross aid station will be set up for this assistance and sufficient first aid supplies should be available.

The logistics team ensures that the requested materials are available during events. You transport the materials and help with the construction of the aid posts. After the event you ensure that all materials are returned to the warehouse. You are also responsible for checking and timely checking the materials of the location. You provide hand and span services where necessary. The logistics employee works under the direction of the event assistance coordinator.

What are you bringing?

· Enthusiasm and commitment to volunteers and the Red Cross; a logistics background is preferred;

· You are a practical doer; a driving license BE and driving experience in a bus with trailer is an advantage;

· Good physical condition;

· You are willing to delve into the necessary guidelines and safety regulations;

· You are available about 4-6 hours a week, especially on weekends.
