Do you bring cheer and do you enjoy cooking?
Het Hietveld in Beekbergen is for (young) adults and elderly people with a mild to moderate intellectual disability and an intensive care need, complex behavioral and additional psychiatric problems. On our terrain Het Hietveld in Beekbergen there are several homes. We also have homes outside the terrain, which are part of Het Hietveld, these residents are often a bit further in their development and independence.
For a residential group in Beekbergen, outside the grounds, we are looking for a sociable person who also enjoys cooking tasty and healthy food!
What are you going to do?
- Games,
- Cooking together,
- walking,
- Coffee and chat!
What are you bringing?
- Yourself! You are the sunshine in the house,
- You are sociable, calm and always up for a chat, a cup of coffee/tea and a game,
- You enjoy getting in touch with different people and cooking or going for a walk with them,
- You have experience or an affinity with our target group,
- In short, you enjoy expanding the social contacts of our residents and ensuring that our residents feel seen!
Our volunteers do not incur any costs, we are very happy with your (long-term) commitment!
Naturally, you have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
What do we expect?
- You enjoy being there for others,
- Fixed appointments, regardless of frequency, everything is fine as long as you are there!
- So you decide whether you want to come and bring us some fun once a month or maybe even 3 times a week!
- You want to commit yourself to this group for a longer period of time and are willing to build a bond.
