Are you bothered by the fact that you cannot or cannot sufficiently stand up for yourself? Do you hardly dare to indicate your wishes, ideas and boundaries?
Then join the assertiveness course 'In je kr8' for residents and volunteers!
During the course you will learn communication skills that will help you to increase your self-confidence. We do this concretely by formulating your own learning needs and practicing on the basis of concrete subjects, such as expressing wishes, learning to say no and indicating boundaries.
The course consists of 8 meetings and is on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM on the following dates
February 4, 11, 18 and 25; March 4, 11, 18 and 25
