A JobHulpMaatje is a certified and specially trained volunteer who wants to mean something to a jobseeker. A buddy offers practical support for finding a suitable job.
Losing a job is often hard, both financially and emotionally. It also happens that people have a job, but are not in their place. You can help them as a buddy to get one step closer to a (suitable) job.
Activities
Support applicants in their search for a suitable job. Some job seekers find it difficult to participate in a group or need extra guidance after the JobGroup. As a buddy you will be linked to a job seeker that you coach one on one. You will work on the same issues as in the group meetings, but you will guide someone individually.
We ask
Feeling with the target group and some experience.
We offer
A two-day training with a certificate and annual recertification.
Time commitment
1 to 2 hours a week.
