Every child has the right to contact with both parents after a divorce. However, a contact arrangement pronounced by the judge often does not always function properly. This is where you have an important role as a Supervised Contact Arrangement volunteer, in which you support divorced parents with children aged 0 to 12 in a proper implementation of the contact arrangement. This means volunteer Supervised Contact Arrangement (BOR)

You support the divorced parents in the implementation of the contact arrangement, whereby the interests and emotions of the child always come first. To this end, you try to create a positive and relaxed atmosphere with patience and your acquired knowledge and experience, in which the child and parents feel free with each other. You can also provide practical parenting tips to the parents who wish this.

This is what you do for it

You have experience in dealing with children and you are stress-resistant. You are a good listener without imposing your own opinion and take a neutral position between the two parents. For this purpose, you are available for a required period of one half day per week, after school and/or in the weekend. In addition, you participate in periodic training courses.
