Ellen sometimes experiences panic, which prevents her from going out on her own. She looks for a buddy to walk with, travel by train, etc. to overcome her fears.

She has moved a lot in her life and finds it difficult to make contacts because of this. She has followed a training in the army. At the moment she does volunteer work in elderly care to fill her days in a positive way and as a stepping stone to paid work. She would like to meet once a week, preferably on Saturday because that is when she feels the loneliest. She is open to a man or woman as a buddy but would like her buddy to be someone her own age. She is a bit introverted herself and is therefore open to a cheerful and open-minded person. She likes playing board games, walking and cycling.
