The Pluryn Werkenrode Group offers care and support aimed at optimizing the quality of life of the individual client. The Pluryn Werkenrode Group supports people with a disability of all ages on their way to a life as independent as possible in our society. \ N \nActivities \n \nThe core task is very intensive intramural orthopedagogical treatments with the aim of strengthening the social position of these young people and to enlarge. About 145 employees are directly and indirectly committed to the treatment of about 94 young people. Within the Beele are facilities for living, treatment, therapy, school, work-oriented, daytime activities and leisure. Boys and girls are treated between the ages of approximately 11 and 21 years IQ 55-85. They live here in living groups that are each managed by a cluster manager and a treatment coordinator. The cluster manager is responsible for the implementation of the treatment, the treatment coordinator for its content. Furthermore, each young person is assigned a personal supervisor. He takes care of the work plans and coordinates the practical implementation of the treatment, such as coordination with school, therapies, weekend arrangements and the purchase of clothing.
