What are you going to do?
- you read emails from customers and answer practical questions
- you forward emails with complex questions to the right person
- you take care of the registration of customers for the educational activities
- you inform customers who have registered about the activity
- you arrange the user agreements for our fellow users who reserve the classrooms
- you inform the fellow users about the use of the spaces
- you call customers if they don't answer emails
- you provide interested parties with the necessary information for volunteering
- you are willing to have chat conversations with customers
When does this job suit you?
- minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level, preferably towards communication
- a customer-oriented attitude: serving, clear and friendly
- being able to deal with different types of customers
- extensive experience in customer contact, especially online and by telephone
- excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing
- preferably command of one or more other languages
- careful, reliable and punctual
- think along from the question and come up with creative solutions
- affinity with non-profit organizations
