Gerard is a man with a mild intellectual disability. Gerard is crazy about Ajax, cycling, walking with or without a dog.
Who is Gerard?
Gerard is a 57-year-old man with a mild intellectual disability. He lives in a form of housing in Zuidbroek with fellow group members. Here he receives 24-hour care. He is agile and has good communication skills. He likes to be busy, but he also loves to spend a day on the couch. He is a big fan of Ajax and has a real Ajax bedroom. He likes to cycle, play football, swim, browse shops and loves his sister's dogs.
What does Gerard ask?
Gerard is looking for a volunteer who can go out with him every now and then. This does not always have to cost money. A walk with or without a dog is good for him. Cycling together or walking around shops or watching Ajax together. Just someone who comes especially for him and is there for him.
Gerard is free every Thursday afternoon and in the weekend. The times and frequency can be discussed.
