Tasks of the hostess

· Provides and cleans up coffee and tea during the activities.

· Keep track of coffee and tea.

· Monitors the time (and pauses) during activities.

· Indicates defects in the building.

· Is responsible for the daily maintenance of the building.

· Receives visitors to Maximina, puts them at ease and shows them the way within Maximina.

· Is the first point of contact for visitors to Maximina.

· Accepts the telephone.

· Is responsible (in the long term) for opening and closing the building.

Job requirements of the hostess

· Works hygienically

· Is hospitable (greets visitors, offers children toys, is polite, etc.)

· Is able to take initiatives.

· Can and wants to work with people from all over the world.

· Is stress resistant.

· Is able to have the overview.
