You are responsible for technical support to your colleagues & volunteers. You ensure that all questions are resolved and handled quickly.
What are you going to do?
- Supporting your colleagues and volunteers (60) in the use of email and office programs.
- You install new equipment and software
- Setting up and managing workstations (MacOS)
- You have an affinity with hardware
- Providing first-line support to colleagues, partners by telephone and onsite
- Maintaining network, servers, hardware and peripherals
What do we ask of you?
- MBO working and thinking level.
- You are enthusiastic, eager to learn and motivated.
- You like a challenge and like to look for ways in which something can be done.
- You are familiar with MacOS, Wordpress, Microsoft 365,
- MS Office, MS Azure
- You are flexible and can work independently from home and office
- You enjoy working with colleagues and collaborating parties.
- Maximum 2 half days per week
