ANWB AutoMaatje was created to offer people more freedom of movement. In the municipality of Venlo, the AutoMaatje is active next to the Wensbussen. Your efforts allow residents to participate in social traffic again, even at times when the Wishbusses are not running. The AutoMaatje is active 7 days a week from early morning to late evening, provided a driver is available.
Residents reserve a ride at least 2 days in advance and the coordinators match that ride with a driver. You specify the parts of the day that you want to be active. The passenger settles the costs directly with the driver per kilometer driven at 30 cents.
Do you enjoy driving, are you communicative and helpful, that is a great volunteer job.
