Zorggroep Apeldoorn heeft meerdere locaties in Apeldoorn en omstreken. Hier gaat het om Heerenhof, in Apeldoorn-Noord. Hier wonen ouderen met onderliggende klachten, veel zitten bijvoorbeeld in een rolstoel.
Je zult begeleiden naast de activiteitenbegeleider om leuke en nuttige activiteiten aan te bieden. Eerst loop je gewoon mee en kan je gesprekjes voeren met de mensen. Later kun je misschien zelf een activiteit verzinnen, dan overleggen we deze en kunnen die eventueel ook uitvoeren.
