What are you going to do?

Every Wednesday morning from 09.30-11.30 there is a free walk-in consultation hour where people can go with all their financial administrative questions.

You fill in forms together, organize the mail or administration, explain what is in a letter or write a letter for someone. You may also call authorities, register on Woningnet or register someone with the Food Bank.

You will work in a nice team of volunteers. And there is a volunteer meeting 5 times a year.

Working hours: Wednesday morning from 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Special Conditions: Following basic training, having a feeling for administration, affinity with people in a vulnerable situation, being able to clearly explain the content of letters to someone. Can deal with questions of a very diverse nature. Having pleasant behavior and being able to guarantee the privacy of the client. A VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) is requested. This is reimbursed by us.

Induction method and guidance: During the consultation hour there is close collaboration with the social-legal service provider and social workers. They provide the necessary (substantive) support during the consultation hour.
