Centralist command room

As a centralist command room you are responsible for accepting, processing and handling walkie-talkie calls during home games of the Witte Leeuwen. You work from the command room and you are the link for all sectors in case of reports. You ensure that all communication regarding the safety aspect before, during and after the game runs smoothly. You monitor order and safety inside and outside the stadium via the camera system.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

· Contribute to the quality of service provision

· Accepts a report; answers the reporter correctly and collects the necessary key data

· Recognizes notifications from the command room and assesses the consequences for the operational organization and takes appropriate action

· Monitoring the statuses of the notifications

· Monitor order and safety via the camera system

· You work closely with the safety coordinator and other disciplines
