Due to the resignation of the current officer, we are looking for an unpaid person Transport Planner
It is desirable that the new volunteer is well known in the area and has a knack for using automated systems. The position is vacant as of January 1, 2025, but a training period is required.
Job description
1. Being the point of contact for our customers (homes and clubs)
2. In response to customer questions, booking our buses and planning the rides.
3. Leading the monthly driver meetings for the distribution of trips.
4. In consultation with the fleet manager, planning repairs and maintenance of the buses.
