Who are you?

As a Location Coordinator General we are looking for someone who naturally takes on a leadership role. You know how to empower other people and maintain an overview. In addition, it is important that you:

• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Communicates clearly and sets clear expectations about what needs to be done.
• You have networking talent and preferably bring that network to the Red Cross.
• You have a long-term vision in which you know how to involve other volunteers.

What are you going to do?

As a General Location Coordinator, you will oversee all activities of the Red Cross at the location. You will be involved in the work plan and ensure that everything runs according to the guidelines. You will do this, for example, by monitoring the objectives and the budget. In addition, you will:

• Provide direction and guidance to the location as you are the central point of contact.
• Chair site meetings with other coordinators.
• You expand the location's network so that we can attract new partners and raise funds.
• Local fundraising in consultation with the district manager and according to national NRK guidelines. Maintain close contact with the district manager regarding the execution of the activities.
