Who are you?

As a Location Coordinator General we are looking for someone who naturally gets energy from keeping an overview and connecting. In addition, it is important that you:

• You have strong communication skills and have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Have organizational skills, can work independently with a hands-on mentality, are enthusiastic and work in an honest and respectful manner where improvisation skills are important
• You are a networking talent and preferably bring that network to the Red Cross
• You have a long-term vision in which you know how to involve other volunteers

What are you going to do?

As General Location Coordinator, you oversee all Red Cross activities at the location.

• You are the direct point of contact for the management team of the North Holland region

· Ensures that the location volunteers receive the correct national and regional information

· Ensures periodic consultations between the location coordinators of the location concerned

· Identify bottlenecks and needs within the location in a timely manner and escalate to the management team if necessary

· Identifies needs in accordance with strategy and assigns them to the appropriate working group.

· Consults several times a year with the other location coordinators and the Management Team
