As a Stimenz Home-Start volunteer you support a father or mother with growing children who need a listening ear or practical help.
What does it mean?
You offer a listening ear or practical help;
You are temporarily an extension of the network;
You emphasize the things that are going well;
The contact between you and the family is equal and based on mutual trust.
