Secretaris van het bestuur bij De Zonnebloem in Deventer Noord
Wij zijn dringend op zoek naar een opvolger van onze huidige secretaris per 1 augustus 2025.
Het werk kan grotendeels vanuit huis gedaan worden.
Er zijn 4 tot 7 vergaderingen per jaar samen met de betrokken vrijwilligers. Van deze bijeenkomsten maak je een verslag.
Daarnaast verzorg je de administratie van de vrijwilligers en onze deelnemers in het systeem.
Verder zorg je ervoor dat de binnengekomen mails worden doorgestuurd naar de betreffende mensen.
